Terms of Service

Codexty CRM is an invite-based real-estate CRM. Access is granted by us; there is no self-serve signup on this site. Requesting access via the waitlist does not create an account or a paid contract.

You must keep login credentials confidential and use the product only for your agency's lead operations. You may not probe, disrupt, or misuse the service, impersonate others, or use it to process data you are not allowed to hold.

If you connect Meta, you represent that you are authorized to grant Codexty CRM access to the Facebook Pages, ad accounts, Instant Forms, and datasets you attach. You remain responsible for those assets, for Lead Ads content and consent language, and for complying with Meta Platform Terms and advertising rules. We may store tokens and lead payloads solely to operate the connection you configured.

Lead records, assignments, and notes belong to your organization. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. How to request deletion of Meta-related user data is on User data deletion.

The product is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, and we may change or discontinue features. Demo content on the marketing site is synthetic and is not customer data.

To the extent permitted by law, Codexty is not liable for lost leads, Meta API outages, incorrect assignments, or indirect damages arising from use of the CRM or this website.
