Email crm@codexty.com. Include your agency name and whether the issue is waitlist access, a Meta Page/Lead Ads connection, or an existing CRM login.
Request product access
Codexty CRM is invite-based. Use Request access on the homepage rather than asking for a public signup link.
Meta ads and Pages
Connecting Meta requires a user who can manage the Page. If Connect fails, say so in the email and include the Facebook user who tried to connect (no passwords or access tokens). Privacy and deletion are documented at Privacy and User data deletion.
